Why We Carry It

Furniture stripper, concrete etch, and aerosolized sealers all create splash and fine-mist exposure. We carry ANSI Z87.1-rated glasses because a lot of eyewear sold as safety glasses is not rated. That distinction matters when you're sanding old finish at high speed or spraying product at close range.

Splash and dust in the same session
Furniture stripper, concrete etch, and aerosolized sealers all create splash and fine-mist exposure. The wraparound frame covers the side angle that standard safety frames leave open. We carry these because the chemistry demands proper coverage.
ANSI Z87.1, not safety-style
A lot of eyewear sold as safety glasses is not rated. These pass the ANSI Z87.1 occupational impact test. That distinction matters when you're sanding old finish at high speed or spraying product at close range.
$7 is not the point
We price these to make it easy to keep a spare pair in the kit. At $7 there is no reason to skip them. Add our gloves and respirator and the full PPE setup for any GreenEZ project runs under $30.
